All your rooms are categorised into room type and each room record stores various parameters relating to its size and various charging rates.

It is also possible to log which services your client will require at the meeting or event. Reminders can be set to automatically flash up on your screen before the start of the meeting and booked meetings will appear on your diary which can be categorised by colour for quick visual feedback and linked to Microsoft Outlook™ for mobile synchronisation.
