Initial Training
We know that to get the most from your ibcs investment, you need high quality, informative training. Initial training and support, including your first invoice run, is provided as part of your ibcs package.
Your ibcs training can take place either at your site or at our fully equipped training suite. Sessions are customised to suit different levels of users, from receptionist duties up to 'train the trainer' sessions, where an in-house training approach is preferred.

Additional Training
In addition to your initial training, we hold regular focus groups, training sessions and workshops in our training and conference facility in Chesterfield and can also offer on-line training to introduce a new user to the system.
Our on-going ibcs programmes, with hands on training in a flexible group setup, are specifically designed to help you to get the most out of your investment and it's continual development, making learning easy, convenient and relevant to your needs.
