Initial training and support, including your first invoice run, is provided as part of your ibcs package.
Your ibcs training can take place either at your site or at our fully equipped training suite. Sessions can be customised to suit different levels of users, from receptionist duties up to 'train the trainer' sessions, where an in-house training approach is preferred.
In addition to your initial training, we hold regular focus groups, training sessions and workshops in our training and conference facility in Chesterfield and can also offer on-line training to introduce a new user to the system.
