Will initial training and support be provided?

The training fee includes 2 days training for the first centre, this to include the first invoicing run. Fees for additional centres include one day training, per centre. Training may be carried out on-site or at our fully equipped training suite.

Additional training is available dependent on requirements. In addition to the initial training, ongoing support is provided during office hours through a Software Maintenance Contract. Remote access to the data via secure VPN connections allows prompt resolution of queries.

What does the software maintenance contract cover?

Maintenance and support is available via an annual contract, which covers all remote troubleshooting, on-site visits where necessary and all upgrades issued during the period of the contract. Upgrades are normally issued on a quarterly basis, and include many improvements and new modules as they are developed.

Can IBCS be tailored to suit my organisations requirements?

Many clients have their specific requirements. IBCS is a modular system, enabling flexibility and customisation. Additional features may be added to the standard IBCS system as requirements develop.

Can existing data be captured by IBCS?

Our technical expertise allows us to provide data conversion facilities where necessary. We have automated routines available to convert data from many leading database formats, including BCM, CentreCharge and Sage Line 50.

Does the IBCS system allow for different user security levels?

Users are assigned to user groups depending on their specific needs. This allows the menu options to be predefined and the ability to edit records to be assigned on a group basis.

Could the IBCS Modules run as a stand-alone system?

Both the IBCS Core and Additional Modules can be run as a stand-alone system, and can be integrated with a compatible accounting system, such as Sage Line 50.

How many users can I have?

As IBCS uses Microsoft SQL Server technology there is no limit on the number of users you can have.

How quickly can I be up and running?

IBCS is quick and easy to install. Our specialised team will be able to install and configure your IBCS software as required for you in a very short space of time. Coupled with automatic data conversion and a few days of on-site training, this gives a very quick turn around, so you could be enjoying the benefits before you know it.
