The Standard initial training fee includes 2 days training and includes the first invoice run. However, training packages can be tailored to suite requirements.

Training can take place either at the user site, or at our fully equipped training suite. Sessions can be customised to suit different levels of users, from receptionist duties up to 'Train the Trainer' sessions, suitable where an in-house training approach is preferred.

All of this is backed up by an outstanding dedicated helpdesk, which is always there to offer assistance and support throughout the initial period and beyond
